Automatic Door Lines Production Line is an automatic edge banding machine for door lines production, using advanced mechanical structure, which makes the machine have more stable performance and more convenient operation.
●Gluing & Edge Banding unit adopt lower glue tank, dual-screwy feeding unit, to make feeding glue conveniently and equally.
●End cutting unit with two independent motors, for cutting the exceeding edge on the front and rear side of the panel.
●Fine trimming unit, with two pairs of individual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on both top and bottom sides of the panel, to make smooth arc shape.
●Equipped with the counting device, it makes the machine adjustment and debugging more unified and simple by the numberable scale, a mass of adjustment time can be saved.
