Schnell FYX-40 is an automatic edge banding machine with all complete functions, using advanced mechanical structure, which makes the machine have more stable performance and more convenient operation. With Profiled & Linear Edge Banding, it can produce T- moulding edge banding as well as straight line edge, and it’s especially suitable for T- moulding door production.

●Pre-milling unit equipped with two high frequency motors and two milling cutters, ensures better preparation for panel edge gluing and banding by eliminating its faults caused by panel saw, and making it smooth and even.
●The double-sided gluing unit is the patent of our company, gluing unit adopts special structure, it can make feeding glue conveniently and equally, to ensure gluing agglutination more substantial.
●Profiled & linear edge banding unit, designed as rotary structure for convenient change, so that it can make profiled edge banding easily and perfect, especially for T-moulding edge.
●Rough trimming and Fine trimming unit, with two pairs of individual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on both top and bottom sides of the panel, to make smooth arc shape.
●Equipped with the counting device, it makes the machine adjustment and debugging more unified and simple by the numberable scale, a mass of adjustment time can be saved.
●Another feature is the grooving device, which can make groove in the side and bottom of panel directly, integrated the function of panel saw, not only reduce equipment cost, but also improve work efficiency.
