Schnell FX-55 is an automatic edge banding machine with complete functions, using advanced mechanical structure, which makes the machine have more stable performance and more convenient operation. With Contour Trimming, it can produce round corner edge banding.
●Pre-milling unit equipped with two high frequency motors and two milling cutters, ensures better preparation for panel edge gluing and banding by eliminating its faults caused by panel saw, and making it smooth and even.
●Rough trimming and Fine trimming unit, with two pairs of individual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on both top and bottom sides of the panel, to make smooth arc shape.
●With unique round contour trimming unit, it can process the round edge corner more smooth and perfect.
●Equipped with the counting device, it makes the machine adjustment and debugging more unified and simple by the numberable scale, a mass of adjustment time can be saved.
●Scraping unit, remove corrugation trail on the edges caused by trimming, make both sides of the panel smooth and tidy. With air blow function, it can prevent removed edge tapes from trapping on polishing wheels.
●Buffing unit is for cleaning of the edge, it's constituted by two independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.
●Another feature is the grooving device, which can make groove in the side and bottom of panel directly, integrated the function of panel saw, not only reduce equipment cost, but also improve work efficiency.
